Welcome to SassyCon
SassyCon was created by Miss Shannon and Bishop (Father) Sean Wilde, owners of Sassy Magick, Sassy Magick Noir, and Sassy Magick Boutique in New Orleans. After falling in love with the city and its unique magical current in 2016, they set out to create an event that honors New Orleans magic while welcoming practitioners from around the world.
SassyCon is structured around three distinct learning streams, Lecture, Practical, and Creative, allowing attendees to choose how they engage. Whether you prefer in-depth discussion, hands-on practice, or guided creation, SassyCon offers an experience that meets you where you are. Join us in 2026 for the second SassyCon and immerse yourself in four days of learning, connection, and magic in the heart of New Orleans.

SassyCon is a gathering place for curious, skilled, and creative magical practitioners. Rooted in the spirit of New Orleans, our vision is to create an inclusive and dynamic conference where tradition and innovation coexist. Through thoughtfully curated workshops, immersive experiences, and meaningful community connections, SassyCon supports exploration, growth, and collaboration across a wide range of magical paths.
We believe magic is lived, practiced, and shared. Our goal is to foster inspiration, encourage authentic expression, and help build a thriving magical community, one that values both depth and individuality.
Our Team
SassyCon is produced by Miss Shannon and Father Sean Wilde, co-owners of Sassy Magick, Sassy Magick Noir, and Sassy Magick Boutique, with the support of a dedicated team of staff and volunteers. Together, they are committed to creating a welcoming, well-organized, and memorable experience for every attendee.
Father Wilde is a respected author and international speaker, and both he and Miss Shannon are passionate about showcasing a diverse range of voices. SassyCon highlights both local New Orleans practitioners and presenters from across the country, creating a rich and balanced program that reflects the many ways magic is practiced today.
